Congratulations!  You've successfully completed Session 1.

In this session you explored what it feels like to live with dementia and you examined some of the challenges of living with the disease.  You heard about some helpful ideas for living a full life and the importance of maintaining hope.

This session also introduced the importance of taking action around healthy lifestyles and you had some time to think about things you will do to live a full and healthy life!
