Check out the links below to read about an Early Onset group trying to make a change for people with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease.

Update: Here is a link to their homepage, as the Journal and Hearld are no longer hosting the story.

Hi Taffy52,

I'm guessing because it was a news story that after a certain timeframe they don't keep them posted on their sites.  Were you just curious to know how the meeting went? Or were you looking to get in contact with the group? I can help you with both.

Care Partner - Fort Saskatchewan, AB

I am a 68 year old male whose wife has dementia/Alzheimers and am the sole care giver also I have MS so some things are difficult for me to do.  One of the problems I have is my wife can get into some real moods and no matter how many times I ask she just says nothing is wrong.  Do I just ignore this and wait for her to come around.  I can't let myself become angry and try and force the issue but am at a loss as to what to do.  Any suggestions would really help.

Thanks - Ken

I have a very difficult time dealing with my wifes moods.  Would it be best to just ignore the siuation and hope it corrects itself.  I don't want to get angry and start a fight with her.

Please any sugggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks - Ken
